Trip Highlights
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport or after breakfast at your hotel in Kampala, you will meet our safari guide for a briefing before starting your journey to southwestern Uganda.
You will make a stop at the Equator crossing for photographs and lunch before continuing through Mbarara, Kabale, and the scenic Kigezi Highlands.
Arrive at your lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early morning breakfast, you will be picked by your safari guide, and then proceed to the park headquarters for registration and briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers.
Thereafter, enter the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek may take between 2 and 8 hours depending on the gorillas' location.
Once located, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing the gorillas as they feed, groom, and interact within their family group.
Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
Spend the remainder of the afternoon enjoying the beautiful forest surroundings.
